18 kt., the large bombé rock crystal heart carved in a domed diamond-shaped pattern, edged by 44 round rubies, pierced with a diamond-set white gold arrow set with one cut-cornered trianglular-cut and 13 round rubies, rubies totaling ap. 8.15 cts., round diamonds ap. .70 ct., backed by gold, signed Sabbadini, Made in Italy, ap. 33.8 dwts. gross.
