A beautiful mourning ring crafted in 15k gold for its original wearer to mourn the death of Issac Sparks who died in 1788. The glass is unusually high domed with his initials memorialized above an engine turned enamel background. We couldn't locate much information about him other than his last will and testament. He came from Fordington, Dorset, UK and he was from a long line of wealthy brewers, maltsters, and tanners. The ring is so superb and would have only been commissioned by the wealthiest of merchants. Please note that this mourning ring does not have human hair incorporated into it for those who are uncomfortable with such.
