Sabbadini Two-Color Gold, Carved Rock Crystal, Ruby and Diamond Heart Clip-Brooch

A fabulous and sophisticated brooch created by the iconic Sabbadini brand. 

18 kt gold, this large bombé rock crystal heart is carved in a domed diamond-shaped pattern, edged by 44 round rubies, and pierced with a diamond-set white gold arrow set with one cut-cornered triangular cut and 13 round rubies. Backed by gold, signed Sabbadini. Made in Italy.
