A gorgeous mid victorian brooch in vibrant bloomed gold with 6 central Persian turquoise, a center diamond, and 6 tiny diamonds at each point. On the reverse, there is a compartment with glass and fabric.
Bloomed gold is formed when an acid is applied to gold which removes excess alloy and brings out the yellow richness of the gold.
Condition: Some oxidation/darkening of the metal. This is normal for antique pieces and is likely the result of age or being stored with silver jewelry, some small dings to the metal
